Nicole (Nikki) Sao Pedro-Welch, Owner, Founder & CEO ​

Earned an M.F.A in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College, a Masters of Education in Arts in Learning from Endicott College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Point Park University. She is the Director of Dance, an Assistant Professor at Endicott College, and has been the head coach of the Nationally recognized Endicott College Dance Team for the past 17 years. (Team accolades include; 4 UDA National Championships (Open Pom 20’,21’, Open Game Day 21’ and 24’, along with 2 silver medals, 4 Bronze Medals, 3 top 5 national placements, 6 top ten national placements, 14 consecutive UDA regional titles, and 6 Best Choreography awards.) Nikki has been adjudicating for MSSAA Dance Team New England, Regional and State competitions, Universal Dance Association’s Regional and National competitions for the past ten years. She also teaches, judges, and choreographs regionally and nationally for Rage and Dancin' in the Streets Dance Conventions and Competitions, Accelerate Dance Experience, and more! She assists with the Boston Celtics "Parquet Prep" clinics, and teaches master classes and intensives for studios all over the county, choreographs for studios, dance teams, audition-prep for professional dance teams, along with professional concert dance companies. Nikki’s professional choreography has been shown around New England, New York City, and in Styria, Austria. Her professional dance credits include, Pillow Project Dance Company, The Boston Celtics Dance Team, Danny Swain Dance Company, Peter DiMuro/Public Display of Motion, Quicksilver Dance, and Monkeyhouse. ​

Marrin Innis, Executive Director,
Co-Founder

​Marrin is a Dancer and Choreographer from Beverly, MA. Growing up in the competitive dance world, she trained in a multitude of styles. She graduated from Endicott College in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. While at Endicott, she was a dancer in the Repertory Dance Ensemble, as well as a member of the Endicott College Dance Team. Marrin served as a Captain of the Endicott College Dance Team from 2018-2019, helping lead the team to their first ever top 5 finish. Upon graduation, Marrin became and remains one of the Assistant Coaches for the Endicott College Dance Team. Marrin has assisted the team to win 4 National Championships, as well as New England Dance Team Regional Champions for 13 years straight. Marrin has worked for Universal Dance Association (UDA) for the past 7 years, judges for MSAA High School regional competitions, as well a Dance Competitions and Conventions such as Rage.  She has been able to judge regional and national dance competitions, teach, and choreograph in both the Studio and Dance Team setting, with recognition on a regional and national level; winning many awards including best choreography. Marrin's passion is teaching others while bringing a positive attitude everywhere she goes!
